This is a beautiful poem. A wonderful message portrayed in this 3-5-3, so little to work with but so much within!

You did a lot in a small space here. This poem really captures a transcendent moment, in this bright and sharply rendered image of the light throwing shadows across our lives. All in one instant we see despair and hope, sadness and joy, all the complications of the intersections of those emotions. It is amazing what light can do in the darkness. estory

This is really good, "life shadows always defined through sunshine" So true!
Never really thought of it even though we know that that's the only time that shadows appear. The picture and the font color and background all look so nice together! Great contest entry!
