Thank you so much! This was actually my first ever 2-4-2, so I'm happy to hear it was an enjoyable read! The artwork knocked my socks off- I created with AI- so I'm also happy to hear that was appreciated too.
I'm actually located in Texas, so we have yet to get ice or true winter weather, as usually we have to wait til at least January before that happens. It IS pretty chilly right now, though.
