If we believe as we should, we must put the problems and all our worries in his hands and trust that they will be taken care of as He sees fit. That's a difficult task but we all should work on it.

Worry is indeed a thief of joy and peace, however I don't necessarily agree with your notes as worry does not necessarily shorten one's life, and nor does believing necessarily prolong one's life. God takes people who are believers very young sometimes, and worriers do sometimes live long and unhappy lives. It's His timing and choice.

I think you're right, but worry certainly affects health, and health ultimately affects longevity, and on that premise I stand Wendy.

I like your line - worrying is but a thief - I know as I've worked hard to leave that worrier valda behind me and I do believe that worrying is a wasted emotion, trouble is it took me too many years to realise that. A nice addition to this Reng book, Roy.
