It's a shame to be so blinded by yourself that you don't see the love you could have possessed. What a wonderfully written poem. Good luck in the contest!
Have a great day, and God bless.

Hi Mike!
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed my poem! This poem is actually saved on my phone as "A Story of A Prince 2.0" because this is actually a revised version of the poem. The original was written in 2016! It's still one of my favorite things I've ever written, but I decided it was time to go and revise it.
I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed my poem. Hopefully the contest committe enjoys it too! Haha
Thanks for reading and for leaving such a kind review.
Have a great day,
Keely

Your poem was so enjoyable. I couldn't stop reading! I loved how you painted the "Prince Charming" in his Camaro as both dazzling but also flawed. The twist of karma at the end was unexpected and perfect. Your lines about the strength of women really stood out. This was an incredible poem with so much passion and grit - well done!

Hi Michael!
I'm so glad you enjoyed "A Story of A Prince"! This is actually saved in my phone under "A Story of A Prince 2.0" because this is a revised version of the same poem, written all the way back in 2016. It was one of my favorite pieces I'd ever written, but I decided it was time to improve it more.
I wanted to snag the reader's attention and captivate them with the story in the poem, and it sounds like I was successful! It brings me great joy to hear that you enjoyed it so much.
Thank you so much for reading it and for leaving such a nice review. I really appreciate it.
Cheers,
Keely
