This is a well-written poem that is easy to understand, and it tells a truthful tale about the building trade. It is easy to build badly, but the only one people request for repeat builds is the Harry's of this world. Good story in a poem.

LOL~ I was just thinking as I read that this sounds like the Three Little Pigs story when I got to the author notes and there it was. Very nicely done for the entry for the Share a Story in a Poem competition. Great rhyme and presentation and message. Good luck!

A story with some wisdom within here Peter and some houses are cheaply built. In fact, not so long ago a whole apartment block collapsed in Tenerife in the centre of Los Cristianos and some died. It was not so widely reported because the Spanish did not want it to affect the tourist trade. The land is now flat and they have not rebuilt on it, perhaps out of respect for those who died.
Your poem is well rhymed and your clever choice of words make this an ideal poem for the contest, I wish you luck with it Peter, love Dolly x x x

This is a true story about life. I like how this poem flows and is well organized from beginning to end. It always pays to have integrity and doing the job right the first time. The other two men could learn a valuable lesson if they have open minds.
