Well, I know of Blondin as my husband and I lived just south of Niagara Falls. He's famous in New York. And with me. He was a great man of faith and this is a wonderful story that I've used as well teaching Sunday School over the decades. One really must commit full on and get in. Jesus is more trustworthy than anyone. I'm blessed to hear of your faith and belief in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord. I'm a convert too, but well before the Blondin story: September, 1971.
Sending you my best today as always, VIGOURNET, and my best wishes in the contest.

This is a succinct testimony you've shared. I've heard that story, too. It's a remarkable way to explain true trust. I believe you're missing a quotation mark in the following sentence: "Do you trust me Blondin asked his audience as the band played "for he's a jolly good fellow". Other than that, really well done. The descriptive language was good and you stayed on track, which is really important for such a short story.
