Great use of alliteration and a positive message about those immigrants who are legally here. It's sad how the election rhetoric caused so much grief to immigrants.

I am very much afraid that on this one you might have taken or settled on an 'L'. It is okay, because your subject was spot on. I do not know what area she is local to, but she is indeed lovely and for me that is quite enough.

If three words does not a poem make, then at least these few syllables make good sense. All people are legitimate in that they each have a body, soul, and spirit. Unfortunately, in our country, children are forced in without family, and there are rapists and drug offenders without being vetted.
