Being a Gladiator wasn't a safe sport, but they didn't really have a choice. I can't imagine watching and knowing and actually cheering for a human to die. Thank you for sharing this well written poem with us.

Yeah. We have some sick brethren out there, believing we all can be possessed by demons or bad intending spirits: viewing playful acts of family members. I'm believing in heart we too are spirits: eternal beings.
