-Nice artwork and presentation, Gypsy.
-I'm sorry to hear about your friend's health challenges.
-You wrote a good poem for them.
-Your opening lines introduce the storms of life,
but offer words of hope and faith.
-A very good closing line emphasizes
the light that will come from hope and faith.
-Very well done.

You made me think about the title. To me it means things seem fine but there is always bad around the corner. It's a saying and the title of the picture lol and I didn't think it through. My friend husband has cancer and heart problems... I feel terrible.
Thank you very much, 😊

I like the way you've turned this famous phrase on its head and made it your own, turning it into an inspiring and beautifully presented post. Well done, Gypsy. Take care Debbie

This gogyohka, Storm Before the Calm, has the proper formatting and reminds the readers that the storm may be strong, but temporary. There is still light and promise ahead.

It sounds very much like psalm 30:5 where it talks about though the night may bring all sorts of worry, doubt and trial, in the morning comes sunshine and joy, beautifully written Gypsy, blessings Roy

This is beautiful Gypsy very powerful imagery to compliment this comforting message in a poem. It so wonderful of you to tribute this gorgeous poem to your best friend. I truly hope all will be well and his health will improve. I'll keep him in my prayers. Beautiful form 'gogyohka' short and sweet. Have a great day.

A poem offering great encouragement to your friend. No matter how great the darkness, there is always light waiting to break through, whether it be the sun behind the clouds or the good parts of life temporarily obscured by the not-so-good.

Lovely poem and a good thing to remember. I recently read that "when walking through the darkness, remember what you have learned in the light", a spiritual lesson which ties in well with your encouraging and challenging thoughts. Beautifully presented.
