My friend, "Only You" by the Platters is my wife's and mine, wedding song.
We are 45 years married (1979) and the song till brings moisture to my eyes.
I thoroughly enjoyed your poem and I am sorry for th loss of your better half!
Keep playing, humming and singing that tune my friend.

Love conquers all the hate of the day's regrets, that we may let go and hear the song that still sings in your heart. I long to walk with "Only You".

Thank you , Mary. I was very blessed when I met my wife. She was thirteen and I was fourteen. Thank you for the six stars, we had a wonderful love life right up to the end. I was hoping for another sixty. Willie
