You're welcome, Roy. Our pastor has just finished a series on I Corinthians (47 weeks), so we had a good look at what love should be.

I definitely think love is the most powerful thing there is in this universe. It can provide joy and hope to so many people, it must be heart wrenching for a person to live without love. A well written piece, Roy, I enjoyed reading it.

Love is the ultimate truth taught to us through scripture and present in the writings of al the major world faiths.
When I get into discussions of faith with friends, I my argument is not that religion of any kind is bad. It is man's twisting of scripture that leads to bad things.
! Cor 4-8 is the perfect example of Love and your poem captures that in its words.

I love this beautiful poem. I used to listen to a song called...love is the answer. .and it truly is. The part I remember, is " light of the world shine on me, love is the answer". Just what you've expressed here.

The love and compassion we have for others is the key to peace of mind and ease of heart, to creating a beautiful world to be shared and enjoyed by all and an everlasting life with our Creator. So very true and also so good. Your words always have such a delightful flow. When they come to you, do they arrive as song lyrics. To me they appear to have a musical flow. Mind you, I have no idea as to what constitutes musical flow myself.
