Very good, for the most part I think this matches the photo, the reflective tone gels with the sunset. My only critique would be that you could tweak to connect it even more by way of linking to the boats, or linking it to the lady liberty since she's not obvious in the photo.
None of this detracts from a solid, well rounded poem that while not perfect, is satisfying.
