Beautiful poem, rmeinding us of where true wealth lies, and what our value is based on. Thanks for sharing. Edit: "it's wealth's not measured ..." Us e "its"; no apostrophe as "it's" is an abbreviation for "it is". The possessive pronoun is "its".

Praise the Lord for making us joint heirs through His work of redemption for us! Yes, our self-worth is entirely due to Him. Someday we will have eternity with Him and what grand life that would be!

Your poem makes perfect sense and very straightforward with the message hidden away in the beautiful words. The lord looks at the inside of the heart and not the outside. We are all special since we were made in his image. Great poem. Hope all is well for you and your family.

This line in your poem was part of our sermon today in church: "Where grace and faith cost nothing in mercy's tender way." we can do nothing to earn our way into Heaven, It's God's gift to us who believe in Him.

Such a wonderful offering that you've included it twice... I like it!! Makes us really sit up and pay attention to what's in that mind of yours, yes? :-) Another great testimony of how each of us shares peace with Him... :) Thanx for sharing! ;) Yvette

Love that phrase, "Where trust is never blind." Many strong words and phrases. I always appreciate how make the words like, grace, mercy, truth feel so lively and powerful.

A Double-header! Thanks! Your words always honor The Lord and tell of His great power and tender mercies and how he loves us even though we are nothing special. To seem this in duplicate is a great joy.

I enjoyed this little journey of faith. I like the comparisons of our lack of looks, fortune, and giftedness, with the possession of God's love and being a joint heir with Christ. That's true richness! Good rhymes throughout. Blessings. Carol

Not sure why but the poem is posted twice in this one post. Maybe because it has such an important message that we need to be sure to read it twice. I believe that.

Hello Roy,
it sounds like you've found the real treasures of this life. As Jesus said, what you have, thieves can't break in and steal, nor can rust or mold destroy. I wish we all shared the same degree of faith. Well done.
Blessings,
Tom
