An excellent rendering of God's Word in poetic form. It's a refreshing reminder of God's grace, mercy, protection and love for those who believe in Him. Jesus is the King, always was, still is and always will be.
God bless, Daniel

I am so grateful for the memories I have of the past but there are many things that I am also grateful to forget and let live in the past. Tomorrow is a gift if we receive it but it's not promised so we should do our best to just live for today and not plan too far into the future. Beautifully writtem, Roy.

The peace of knowing we were made by His will and purpose and that we know our ultimate journeys end is one that is profound and moving.
Yet we must not let that peace become complacency for He also told us to do everything we could for our fellow men, and He didn't care if they were part of His faith or not as shown in the tale of the good Samaritan.
When we do for others, we do it for Him.
Bless you and Thank you.

I really love how this poem reflects on the past while embracing hope for the future. The imagery of "time's candle" burning is a beautiful way to express acceptance of life's flow. Your faith shines through, especially in the lines about God's presence and the worth you find in life. The ending brings such a comforting vision of peace, making it relatable and uplifting. Overall, it's a heartfelt piece that resonates deeply!

Unfortunately sometimes we can get too caught up with the past. The past that we cannot change but only learn and grow from. Whether events good or bad we must remember nothing can be changed and we have to live for today and hope for our future. Beautiful Roy gorgeous message for us to remember.
Best Wishes

Roy,
Another awesome poem. You're love for God shines bright in all the poems you write about his love and grace. You are very talented in what you do and I hope to be half as good as you one day.

A thought-provoking poem, and yes, once time has passed it's lost for ever, but we can, with our Lord, await our future redemption, and the establishment of His kingdom.

Thanks for these comforting words at a time so many of us are very anxious because of the election. So much is dependent on this decision. But as you reminded us, the Lord knitted each one of us and wrote all our days before any of them came to be! So He has control over this point in history, too!

We can't live in the past but sometimes we can learn from it. This is quite an instrospective poem Roy, as we all take each day as it comes and when our time comes - no heartache, sorrow will persist.
Lovely poem Roy, enjoy your Sunday.
