An interesting story, detailing violence, heroic and desire for love. The theme seems to be dramatic struggles endured within life: one exchange to another. Just my thought, prevailing this particular write.

Great post. I sometimes came across the entitled people at college -- most were in sororities. Two rich girls gave me a ride home one day and looked down on my parents' quaint Cape Cod home. I thought it was warm and cozy! My mother was a beautiful decorator. (I later found out these two girls' parents were some kind of Washington D.C. people with political connections).
I'm glad you had a vixen to put those entitled people in their places.

Great post. I sometimes came across the entitled people at college -- most were in sororities. Two rich girls gave me a ride home one day and looked down on my parents' quaint Cape Cod home. I thought it was warm and cozy! My mother was a beautiful decorator. (I later found out these two girls' parents were some kind of Washington D.C. people with political connections).

We never know when we will have to succumb to a dirty job or fight for a position in life and your experience here is invaluable as it grounds us and teaches us to be humble. Those privileged enough to be able to swan around without working in these situations miss our on the camaraderie you had with your friends. I am glad that someone stuck up for your team and made these rude boys say sorry, you have never forgotten her, I enjoyed your story, love Dolly x x x
