How beautifully simple, pure and clean. This captures the essence of a moment, a feeling, a sensation of being in a single phrase.
And due to the constraints of the system requirements to review, my comments far outstretch your poetic simplicity.

I voted for this! I had no clue who wrote it, but how happy am I it was you? Very happy! That image with the leaves blowing is the cherry on top of the sundae!
You evoked the most emotion in this very limited 1-9-1 format. I'm often left empty with these super short forms.
You've made it a poem of substance!

Karen,
Wow! "You made it a poem of substance!" What a high compliment. I was working on a 3-5-3 poem about Autumn when the 1-9-1 contest prompt posted. I immediately switch as the verse I had written was better suited to this poem and matched perfectly with the title and the artwork selected to accompany the poem.
All the best,
Eugene

Those quivering leaves soon fall off the tree like confetti and the magic of Autumn leaves us in awe of this season's ambient scenes, I enjoyed your few word, love Dolly x

Lovely soft words describing fall breezes. The picture adds to the feeling. The words fit the requirements of the contest very well. I wish you the best of luck in the contest! Evi
