Very cute, Jim. I love the double meaning of "splits." It's very hard to take six syllables and make them entertaining (especially when two lines are just two syllables each), but you've definitely managed. Very nice job!

LOL I had fun reading this short contest entry. I happen to really like bananas, but they're loaded with carbohydrates so really shouldn't eat them. Once in a while I break down and eat the smallest one I can find. LOl Good luck with the contest.
