Well, that was a pleasant surprise! So Mama had it in her all along and just needed provoking. Exciting chapter as another bad guy bites the dust. Seems like the cops might have a tough time pinning this one on Dodie Rae, and they'll probably have no idea about Bay Lynn.
Each of these incidents is either self-defense or defense of others, and all seem totally justified. This is a really fun revenge story, Steve. Loved the gruesomeness of this chapter too.

Thank you, Jim. I am having fun crafting this piece. Should I say that Dodie Rae is doing most of the work? I knew Bay Lynn was going to bust free a couple of chapters back, but I had to build up to it. Thank you for always being supportive of my craft.

Another gruesome killing of an abuser and this time Dodie Rae is not alone but has her Grandmother as an accomplice. We know what's coming from the start but that doesn't make the ultimate drama and revenge any less intoxicating to read. Well done, Steve. Debbie

Wow that was an intense chapter, particularly towards the end. I could really feel the emotions Dodie Rae was experiencing and I could feel how nasty Pete was. Anther excellent chapter, Steve, I really enjoyed reading it.
