A good tribute to your mother. It is a good free-verse poem that flows relatively well. It is also humorous: "Everyone became all ears," I wish you the best for the contest.

This was really fun. I love the comparison of our upcoming mini moon to a son coming home after being away for a while. No notes. Keep up the good work.

I thought your poem beautifully captured the bond between a mother and a son. The imagery of dancing in the moonlight is so well done. Such wonderful word choices and a touching read.
