Indeed we do. We also eat rabbit and beef, fish, chicken, lamb and so on. I've never eaten possum though, and many other possibilities are protected. I like the humour in this one.

I can understand the native Aborigines eating kangaroo but it doesn't appeal to me.

The Australians already have so much cattle and sheep , I don't see why they feel the need to hunt and eat kangaroos.

I saw a National geographic episode where they showed that kangaroos startle and freeze when you shine light on them.

Easy prey for a hunter with a rifle.

This senryu, Fav Food, has the proper formatting and makes the American's gasp that anyone would eat a kangaroo. I suspect, if we got kicked by one, we would eat them all.
