Great writing. I love the majesty and splendor of God's creation. The fact that a bug can light up is amazing. There is beauty in everything around us. We only need to look and see.Have a blessed weekend.

Nature is also my escape from our crazy world. I love fireflies and am always delighted to come across a poem about them. I like how the lightening bug rests on your left hand, a wonderful experience of nature and a beautiful creature.

To be somewhere where there are lightning bugs is quite like. We do not have them here at the desert in Arizona, but when I lived on the farm and Missouri, we had them all the time and it was a delight to see them. Patricia.

Jest came - Just
To to rest, (to)
On my left hand,
My left hand.
I remember catching lightning bugs when I was young and also watching my children scream with glee and smearing the yellow across their skin. Great memory.
Smiles, Carol
