Another fine poem, Gypsy....and while I appreciate the poem, I'm sorry but I'm not looking for anyone at this time. It'll be difficult, but in time you'll find somebody else and your heart will heal--err--let me guess, not about me was it? Never mind!

The sun is the same sun in all parts of the world, as is the moon. That's comforting. Yes, lovers are often apart, some by choice, some by circumstances. Neither is good. Once again, your poem and presentation touched my heart.

It is a comforting feeling many lovers have when they are apart, that they are both looking at the same sun. It is a very poetic and classical symbolism that is still relished today. Beautiful words tgat are well written and presented.

It's sad when two hearts were at one time woven into one and then are torn apart. Even though the two are under the same sun, moon, and stars, the distance of separation is too far to reconnect again.

I like the idea of questioning whether they see the same sun, such is the heartache of their separation. A poignant, atmospheric verse, beautifully presented. Thanks for sharing. Debbie

I used to think that at night, if I was looking up at the stars, the person I was away from or missing would be looking at the same stars. It would connect us somehow. Beautiful and tender. Gretchen
