It was his time to go home at 93. We were great friends, married for 10 yrs. I don't grieve, haven't seen him since 1974, he lived in the house we built in Sydney. At least he found a lady and she stuck by him. Thanks for reading wombat. K xx

Hello Lena, I'm thankful for the good years we had after he became sober. He was a kind man, befuddled by the drink. He dried out for me and never took another drop. God works in mysterious ways. Thank you my friend. K xx

However I am happy your faith helped you get thru it too. You are an amazing woman and I am sure you have read how you inspire so many others.
I try to live that life (with all my limbs) but lupus has taken so much from me and had loss of so much because of pain and being so crippled. Yet, my writing and trying to make others happy has become my life mission, so I do know what a blessing it is to do for others. Maybe that is another reason we get along so well. I'm sorry, didn't mean to talk about me.
Anyway, I loved your loop poem. I see you do a lot of them so beautifully.
