At first I thought Dodie had done something, but she is so surprised that Riley isn't there, I'm wondering if it was her grandmother who did it. Hmm. She wouldn't want the police knowing their secret. :) Sandra xx

Like fireworks in the night, these beautiful stars have filled me with delight. Thank you, Karen, for your kind works and electrifying review. The picture I wanted cost, and I'm not a wealthy man at the moment, lol. I would love a cover with molten eyes and her figure in shadowed form slightly showing a hint of wolf. Letters, like email of messages in FS?

You always do a brilliant job of bringing your characters to life in your chapters and you always leave me wanting more at the end. Dodie Rae certainly isn't going to let things between her and Officer Riley be forgotten about. Another exciting read.

Thank you, Roy, for this excellent review. I'm enjoying this story as it progresses, and I have so many ideas as I move forward. Sorry it took a while to get his one out. Work and kidney stones have gotten in the way.

Quite a conundrum now for the cops as their theory of Dodie Rae being the murderer falls apart with the DNA evidence. I'm just waiting now to see if Riley will become one of her victims. He is certainly pissing her off. This is an exciting story, Steve.

Thank you, Jim. I'm enjoying the journey this is presenting. Work has been demanding and I'm passing kidney stones, NOT COOL! I hope to be get back into the swing of things soon.

Ooo, sorry to hear about the kidney stones. I had one years ago, so I sympathize with what you're going through. They can be extremely painful. I hope that episode is over with soon, and you can get back to concentrating on the things you enjoy without that hanging over your head.

I think I liked this chapter because I was waiting, like Dodie Rae, for the hammer to drop. But it didn't, so why doesn't she feel better and why don't I? The baiting for suspicion was throughout this. You kept me wondering and then like a great novelist made me realize, it ain't happening in this chapter so, I'll be waiting anxiously for the next.
