Haiku is at its finest when the words create a sensory and emotional experience. This does that. The photo is perfect for your theme. The title is exquisite. I have a sense of "zen" just reading this one...

I like that satori line of the "April greeting card." To have a cool cat, purring and sitting next to a window with April's light showers gives a pleasant feeling. Best wishes in the contest!

Love it, (the cat's meow) as we do when that rain comes, it usually means the change of seasons, your last line is excellent, very well written and presented, best wishes for your contest****kahpot

There's a sort of Thomas Kinkade style going on here that makes for easy reading, comfort. I'd just change two things on the presentation:
-it looks like there's an extra line break between the second and third line. Either that, or the first two lines are wrapped -- in any case, it makes the spacing inconsistent. I'm reading this on a computer, not a phone, so that's probably what most others are seeing too. That's ok as a stylistic choice if what you intended, but wanted to let you know.
-I suggest cropping off the Adobe stock reference on the photo and moving that citation to your notes, for it to be less distracting.
Thanks for the read,

The imagery of a cat purring and the gentle rain creates a serene atmosphere that's both comforting and soothing. The phrase ... April greeting card... adds a lovely touch, suggesting a fresh and gentle introduction to the season. It's a simple yet evocative snapshot of peacefulness and renewal.

This haiku was beautiful. You also got the syllable count right. I liked the picture you supplied to accompany this poem, as well. It really does look like it could be a greeting card. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.
