It is a double-edged sword, especially in terms of the feelings we feel for our bodies after 60--or 68, in my case. What a wonderfully written poem. Good luck in the contest!

Our bodies sometimes lack care and we need to respect ourselves and make good choices when it comes to food and exercise. We become lazy as we age and often don't make an effort. To maintain good health means some self sacrifice. Looking after every aspect of our body is an ongoing task, I enjoyed your perspective here, love Dolly x
