Just the right time for a glass of wine here. Your rhyming and rhythm were quite satisfying and the 8magery was strong. I liked your object choices even before the wine came into play.

Nicely done I'd be curious to know who inspires this story. It is evocative of a woman of bad reputation and perhaps Linley but still beautiful. At least this is what it makes me feel. Hope I've done you justice

I am not upset by this I just used analogies That age old quote Red sky in the morning sailors' warning, red sky at night shepherds' delight Actually it might be shepherds warning , but it helps to write about a favourite colour
