I thought this was an interesting conversation that brings the debate about religious philosophy into modern times. I thought it captured the very intellectual side of Paul, who made complicated sermons and wrote complicated essays on morality, faith, hope and humility. estory

Thank you very much. I appreciate your review.

This piece is well researched, and Paul's argument that he was trying to draw in people of many different cultures and belief systems is well-made. His explanation that he needed to stay with the main point in his teaching also rings true. But I can't get over thinking that he really believed men should keep their hair short and women should be quiet in church. Good piece!

I made an attempt, without disparaging his gospel, to point out his 'humanity', hoping to imply that he threw in a little of his own prejudices.
Thank you for your very kind review.

You have delivered quite the message with your heavenly chat and left the reader nodding her head in agreement. I must admit I loved the simple explanation...You don't convince a man to walk your way by first chopping off his feet. Well done! Goodluck in the contest.

Thank you for your wonderful review.

This conversation with Paul, essentially the author of a third of the New Testament, allows that what he was credited with supporting within the culture he was in, was more to smooth the road for Christ, than change their one-sided society.

Hi mystery writer,
I loved your chat with Saint Paul. You asked a lot of the types of questions a lot of us might asked if we found ourselves in the same situation. The answers presented sounded about right as well. Your post was well written and presented.
Best of luck in the contest,
Rhonda

I thought this was so creative. I love how you've captured the awe of meeting a historical figure like Paul. But he also felt human. The dialogue feels authentic and you seem to offer a glimpse into Paul's mindset and the challenges he faced while spreading the Gospel. Very nicely done.

I liked reading this. It kind of reminded me of reverse psychology. It takes the point of view of Paul in the New Testament, as if he were explaining part of what he said in different talks and epistles. Thanks for sharing.
