Wake up feeling beyond horrible as you start the day trying to recover from a binge the night before, then follow the yellow brick road and start all over again. Vicious circle!

Your poem is so unique. I love how you started it describing ache, numb - clearly a rough drinking night! And you bring it all together with the second half. This was very enjoyable to read!
