There has been on greater sacrifice than Jesus dying on that cross. Only He didn't die, He conquered death for us. God loved us so very much that He gave His life for us. WOW!!! Thank you for sharing this contest entry with us. Good luck with the contest.

Amen! I've walked in darkness and experienced tragedy but I've made it back to the light of our Lord because he walked by myside, guiding me as I stumbled to find my way. Without my faith, I would not be whom I am.

Amen to you, as well. I believe that during our darkest hours is when God is closest to us. He doesn't promise to keep us from trials, but He does promise to be with us in those trials. It just takes faith to endure and persevere, which makes our faith that much stronger when we emerge on the other side of those trials. I appreciate your testimonial review and kind words. Amen. What a clear and eloquent explanation for your faith. I love your in depth explanation of "It is Finished". This would make a very compelling sermon and testimony for the unbeliever. Keep the faith. Keep up the good work spreading the good news/

Hello John,
I think many people have a hard time believing in Christ because nothing is required of them, except to receive the gift of God. I know that it's human nature to want to be in charge of our lives, regardless of how much of a mess we make of them, but God in all of His mercy will often allow a person to get into such a bind that there is no place to search for help except to Him. Thanks, Tom. I think when people don't believe or turn away from God, He says, "Okay, try it your way and see where that gets you." I think this country, in large portion, has done that, and now we see where we're at. We need and old school revival or judgment day will surely come. Its time for our leaders to return to the God-fearing principles that founded this country. We can only pray that that will happen. As always, I appreciate the review. Blessings to you.
