The Chronicles of Narnia are the only books by C.S. Lewis I'm familiar with. I loved The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe growing up. I've read before that he and J.R.R. Tolkien were good friends. A well written piece, Sally. It must be great for you to have another writer in the family, I'm the only writer in mine although I do now have lots of friends who are writers. I really enjoyed reading your piece.

I've read many C S Lewis books and my grandson and I have read and discussed the Chronicles of Narnia books. But my Sunday school class worked through Mere Christianity and we lost most of the class before we finished. That was a tough one.

I've read many C S Lewis books and my grandson and I have read and discussed the Chronicles of Narnia books. But my Sunday school class worked through Mere Christianity and we lost most of the class before we finished. That was a tough one.

For me, there is nothing more meaningful than working with my adult children. I'm not sure that any of them would respect my expertise enough to invite me on a podcast. You should be very flattered.
