I believe the statement is inaccurate for this picture. A fuel-injected, DOHC 5.0L Mustang V8 usually will not backfire unless an intake leak is present. As a one-line poem, it suits the description.

The picture is of my 2024 5.0 Mustang which is not fuel injected.
However, with 486 hp and 410 lbs of torque it will only take 4.3 sec. to reach 60 mph. I also believe the Mustang has never had a fuel injected mill.

Sometimes, less is more, and this one-liner said a lot. No one ever wants to hear the engine making noises, and a backfire will scare most anyone. Great job, and best of luck in the contest.

It's a one line POEM contest. How is stating the obvious a poem? Now, if you were to say "the engine backfire left their backs on fire", that could be called a poem.
