Lol. Well that certainly spells out your feelings about spiders loudly and clearly! The one in the image looks as though he has dressed up specially for his visit to you. In vain. Well done. Best wishes.

Thanks so much! I don't mind them as long as they keep their place and I'll keep mine, but when paths cross . . . beware!.

Nice. Colorful Picture. Short and concise. So far, you are the best. Good luck in the contest today. I have more work to do in my apartment. I am getting things in shape slowly but surely.

Thanks so much! Unpacking after a move is a long process--I still have boxes in my basement that were in storage and I haven't gone through or unpacked them and we moved 11 years ago!

I have no basement. I made myself a promise. I would go through every box and put up, donate, or throw away everything until I was done.
3 boxes left. Then, organizing and reorganizing, and hanging pictures. Karen

Well, I can relate to that one! I remember when we were visiting a park with lots of trees around and somehow a spider got in the car. I thought I'd run over someone when the girls started to scream "Stop the car!"...They jumped out and refused to return until I got rid of the spider.

LOL! My daughter's the same way--I always have to usher it out to stop her screaming. Thanks so much for your review.

This did make me smile as I was reading. I don't mind the smaller spiders in the house, but it's the bigger ones I don't like. I used to be terrified of them, but I am now able to get them into a cup and put them outside. I've heard placing conquers around your house is a good way of deterring spiders. A well written piece. Good luck in the contest.

A great entry for the 2-8-2 writing prompt. It's too bad spiders can't read. You could post this on a wall and be sure he would never come back!
In the meantime keep a rolled up magazine or your shoe handy for easy squashing.
