A macabre crime thriller. Grotesque and detailed.

Your writing creates such a tense atmosphere! The dialogue between Anderson and Terry worked so well. I think because of the tension and their unresolved history. The way you build suspense and gradually reveal important clues keeps me engaged and eager to follow along. Great job!

Hi, Eileen

This is fascinating. I have not read the chapter where she was suspended. So I don't know why she was suspended. Maybe you can tell me briefly.

I guess if she had had gone with Anderson and Jensen go they might've trod and fouled up the evidence. So she does it alone.

I wonder if she'll be a decoy in a sting to try to catch him and then they can arrest him or do a citizens arrest

Here I think

They headed to the police SUVs and opted to take separate vehicles

"conferring with Jensen, he headed for the Police SUV opting to take separate vehicles."

Here just then

"Jus then, half under a leaf, something white."

Here they both

"up that path. In silence the both walked up that path as well."

I enjoyed reading your book chapter

Good job. Thank you for sharing.

Ah thank you for the corrections!
she was suspended by Hayes for going out on her own and re-investigating crime scenes after the fact. She had no choice, Anderson wasnt listening to her anymore.
