This is a excellent entry in the Color Series poem contest. You've crafted an excellent poem with 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 syllables describing the various shades of blue occurring in nature.
One suggestion:
Revise the last line as 'Nature's masterpiece under cloudless skies' to make it 10 syllables

Capturing the sunlight
Spreaded the ripples wide grow blue
