How cute! It's four lines long. I has a little over 20 syllables, but less than 25. And it definitely gives one pause to ponder. I like that it's also a question, not a statement. A little Socratic method in there.

This is really cute and an excellent entry for the Nanni contest. I agree with you completely! Go and see or watch a comedian on TV instead of a doctor. I personally trust them more.

Spot on. I love the image and the wording. Laughter indeed is the best medicine. Also, comedians would be cheaper than Doctors. Love it.
