Hi
This looks like a good entry for the contest. Good luck with that!!
Back in my day, we didn't call it prankimg. Kids were just mean
It was really the insecure kids that bullied other kids because it made them feel important. There was always a ringleader, but then other kids would pile on which would make things worse.
I remember one day heading for the bus and a bunch of kids were beating up another kid. They were all girls. And I felt so helpless if I had gone back to the principals office, I would've missed my bus and had no way to get home, if I said anything to the girls who were beating up the other girl they'd beat me up. And I would've gotten beaten up and missed the bus
Also, if I had gone to the principals office, everybody would've known I was a snitch and then my life would be miserable. Although it was miserable anyway, for other reasons, having nothing to do with school.
So we had pranking way back then we just called it a set up rather than pranking Somebody would set you up to be embarrassed.
I enjoyed reading your story
Good job. Thank you for sharing.

Your story does a gerat job of sharing the unpredictable nature of school life. I love the humor and mischief! You do a great job of sharing a day filled with unexpected events . The way you describe the setting, from the "moldy crack in the wall" to the "rusty gates" is perfect. The ending ties everything together perfectly! Great job - this was so enjoyable.
