To kick start my muse I sometimes read a book and something sparks a thought that turns into a poem. Other times I watch nature outside as the vibrancy of wildlife can inspire me. I enjoyed your poem about finding your muse, good luck with the contest, love Dolly x

Sometimes it is hard to find her. I have a Coke or a cup of tea. Go for a walk or do some yoga. I like the book idea. Thanks and thanks for the feedback.
