So, the little boy thought he was stung in the ear, but he wasn't. So, then he went to his friends house and did get stung in the ear by a bee. A self fulfilling prophecy. And Mom got it in the arm, and dad in the leg. Togetherness. Karen

This was a fun story in very few words. Poor Bobby! I got a kick out of the irony in this piece. Thank you so much for sharing, and best wishes to you.

Your story is both charming and humorous! I loved the way you captured Bobby's frantic reaction and the twist with the bee sting at Johnny's house. The details really brought the scene to life and made me smile. Great job on weaving in that fun twist.

What I am getting from this story, is that Bobby wants to have the attention without the actual trauma that comes with a sting from a honeybee. ........

That's right. Bobby wanted to be like everyone else who got stung. But in the end he got stung anyway. Thanks for the review.

I think the point of this story is that Bobby felt left out and so wanted to be stung also, or maybe it is just the irony of not getting stung at home but I find it unclear. Love the photo that goes with it and the writing and word choice are good.

Thank you for the review. This is based on a true story. My grandson said he was stung but he wasn't. Just added a little twist to the end.

Gotta watch those bees! They will make nightmares come true! My son is allergic and bee stings aren't fun! Great little story and a lesson for Bobby.
