I'm chuckling because I just got it. You kill for love not in vain. How many people have you loved and how many of them have you killed? Killer line at the end
The rest just leads up to that final conclusion. And when we become dust, I guess our children and our grandchildren carry on our legacy. Since I don't have either of them, I will be lacking a legacy more than likely. Except for the fact that both of my step kids think of me as a second, mom, my stepdaughter is taking care of me. I appreciate that.
I'd be interested in who he's talking to. I think the narrator is you but this is not a realistic poem so I'm calling you a he
