This is so true about the aging process. Sometimes I feel 55, then other times I feel 70.. in the end...you're only as young as you feel. Good job and good luck. Have a blessed day

I love how your haiku shows the passage of time with a sense of acceptance. The imagery of staying "in the groove" is perfect. It beautifully captures the spirit of embracing oneself regardless of how old we are.
