I am pretty sure no man, alive can live up to a Knight in Shiny Armor. I do exist in dreams. God is the only one who can live up those expectations and does so every day. Thank you for sharing this wonderful poem and presentation with us.

When I was a young girl, I looked for a k.i.s.a. but after four failed marriages to the wrong kind of men, I gave up. I always was attracted to lovers. LoL

Yes, where are those knights in shining armour these days? I really encounter one. Although I did take a bus ride in Spain and as I was taking my seat and the bus was throwing me about all over the place, this young strong handsome man offered his hand to steady me, and I took it! Yes, ryokan is basically a free verse with enlightened satory but i did mine with humor. 99% of japanese poetry is free verse with syllables count. Gogyohka is free verse too but five lines.

I enjoyed the humor that you put into this whimsical poem -- "I hope he didn't get deep-fried by a dragon or fall into a mountain crevasse."
I think it's best to avoid the concept of knights with or without armor. Lol.
