This is truly a lovely poem. The image of the seagulls, the traveling white clouds, the boisterous waves -- all lend to a wonderful tapestry of your poem.

You're making me want to take a trip to the beach. I would love to visit and just sit on the sand and let the waves roll in. I even appreciate the seagulls. Their antics are fun to watch. LOL Thank you for setting the scene for me.

Dang it, Gypsy, I wish I had a six for this. I almost spit out my coffee when I read featherless chumps. As much as a nuisance seagulls are, I can imagine what they think of us. The personality you give the sky and the waves made me see and hear a perfect summer day. Wonderfully done. Gretchen
