I don't know what happened, but I thought I'd reviewed this already. The is rather poignant. I never thought of a heartbroken sea monster, mourning his lost love. The mermaid is there to comfort him, though. Creatures of the sea stick to one another and comfort them in painful times. Charmingly worded. judi

It's a good thing he has a nice female friend to rub his scales and cheer him up.
She must be a mermaid. If he's a sea monster, then they would be an unlikely pair because she would be a lot smaller.
I noticed you changed the part in front of the two water drawers. That's good now it's clear what you're saying.
I think this is the same poem I saw a while ago, but it's just reworked. It must have a different title or I wouldn't see it again but please fix that little issue with Depths
Why do you keep spelling depths as depts. I pointed this out in a previous poem you're missing the H
"sinks his heart to
uncharted depts"
