Yes we find comfort in the love of God and the strength to keep going when we just want to give up. Thank you for sharing your words of faith in Nonet form, Patricia. Line 7 is missing a syllable. An easy fix.
I relate this write to the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. I'm sure the organizers were praying as the rain poured down. Sure enough the weather couldn't douse the Olympic flame or the enthusiasm of the athletes!

I think you are reading the word smiles as one syllable, and I read it as two syllables however, I did change the line to where it now reads. It turns our frowns into smiles.
