I've never been to the zoo after dark. I bet that would be interesting. I think most animals would be sleeping. Thank you for sharing.

I don't think I have ever visited our zoo at night. Your poem gives good reasons for me to do so. I get the feeling a child is the Speaker, so this Minute poem should appeal to young readers. Rod

I liked this very much, I pictured a dream about going to the zoo or a dream about have gone to the zoo during that day and am dreaming about it. It flowed great I really enjoyed the last line loved it, nice post!
