Hi MariVal
This is a good poem in flowing stanzas which show that love lasts for ever and that lost loved ones don't want you to cry too much. I like the image of the ashes floating of the cliff in to water.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Have a great day and week.

Thank you for sharing this club entry with us. You're correct. Our loved one will never really leave us. They're watching over us and we'll be reunited with them in Heaven. Your poem is not only beautiful but shows your wisdom.

I loved that they were spreading the ashes at sea. This is a beautifully crafted piece you have delivered with a bit of fantasy in the artwork.
Thank you for sharing.
God bless,
Steve

-Beautiful artwork and nice presentation, Gypsy.
-Your notes are appreciated.
-A very good opening verse establishes the premise.
-A well written tanka about always being near,
as well as calming nature imagery.
-A very good closing verse withe
vivid imagery showing how you
will still be in this person's heart
"with dreamy lavender breeze."
-Very well done.

You create a strongly emotional atmosphere in this. The scattering of ashes over the sea has always appealed to me. It seems so appropriate in many ways.

Hi Gypsy

Good luck in the club entry contest

That artwork is so stunning man how beautiful is that? I'd like to look at work from this artist. Do you know where you got it from?

It sounds like the narrator is died and is trying to comfort his bereaved spouse maybe other people too. Sounds like he was cremated and the ashes and maybe they're being spread over the sea at the

I thought maybe the cliffs edge might've been over the sea, and the ashes thrown from the cliffs edge would get to the sea

Maybe I interpreted everything incorrectly I hope not but I'm probably one of the few reviewersf who will attempt to piece everything together

And he's just going to be there for you even after he's dead you're going to find him in all of nature like the seabirds sunny breezes the flaming Sunsets

Those were my favorite things within the poem

I enjoyed reading your poem

Good job. Thank you for sharing.

Loved your colorful presentation of your jisei poem. Your recent choking event is still too fresh on my mind to read this kind of poem. But I like the peaceful reassurance you give to your family. I have that same feeling that I'd like to leave with my loved ones.

We all are always a step of death. I don't duel on it but think about it some times. Chocking was a close call. I want to live a long life.

Thank you very much, big sister.

    Love,

This work has reached the exceptional level

I think that this is an exceptionally gifted written Jisel poem, that brings all the features of such poetry together. I see metaphorical references to death and perhaps the continuation of life in the heart and soul. To me what started off as a funeral ends in the rejoicing of a new life, but is expressed as more of fact and less as a feeling.
Well done. Thanks for sharing.

You've excelled here, Gypsy, in this stunning presentation which serves to inject, for me, a very positive tone into the theme of death and the family's reassuring vigilance and togetherness. Well done! Debbie
