Yum - Well done! This is why I banished my bread-making machine to a dark corner of my basement. Making bread is transformative. It can easily transform me to a bigger person :-)

I live across from our local bakery and every morning I wake up to the aroma of freshly baked bread.
You are right it's mouth watering.
On Saturdays the baker makes whole wheat bread with nut, raisins and figs .. it's heavenly especially when it's straight from his oven.
He also makes pizza every day and focaccia too.
Oh my God just talking about bread makes me want to have some.

Thank you for your review. I too love the aroma of homemade freshly baked bread. I haven't baked any in awhile but there is a bakery nearby that makes the best mouth watering breads that I buy often.

A reverse nonet. And, it sounds delicious. I love homemade baked bread and then with butter on top wow you're talking about gourmeting to its best.
