I like your poem. It's a fun idea. It doesn't follow the syllable count for a cinquain though. The contest says it's supposed to be 2-4-6-8-2, but yours is 3-4-7-8-2. Idk if you can find a way to make it have the correct syllable count, because you'll get disqualified from the contest for not following the rules.
