I so love this, Carol. You work with reality and ghosts alike. Now they have the treasure, what will they do with it. Why do they need it? They are ghosts, for crying out loud.
I have a feeling why though. They are good souls. Ulla xxx

Give it away!!! They weren't meant to keep the treasure. They were meant to learn about team work, helping others, and feeling good about it without thinking about themselves. I think they did a good job! Thanks so much...Love ya, Carol

This feels like an ending and a new beginning for those going on to their heavenly reward. Madeline seems able to take care of herself now and she has a whole new attitude. Sandra and Michael have found each other and she has an immense task ahead of her.

Yes, they all will be very very busy with their lives and with sending the treasure to museums, clinics, poor people, and who ever it might belong to or help. Thanks for the awesome review and stars, Carol. I hope you enjoy the last chapter.

Things are nicely wrapped up and it's funny that it's the guys that are most interested in getting involved in the lovers' scene. I wonder where Esther will go now and why she has to leave. But I'm sure your finale will spell things out. I still can't understand why ghosts would need the material treasure.

They didn't need the treasure nor did they take it with them. The idea of searching for the treasure was to draw them all together to work as a team and to learn respect for others. Instead the treasure will be given to museums, poor people, clinics and anyone else that it will help or be preserved for others to enjoy. Enjoy the ending....

The thing I like about your stories, though I'm really having trouble keeping up with them, it's different with poetry it's easier time wise to process, but the connections we have to our ancestors is incredibly compelling, even th one's our present is connected to , beautifully written Carol, blessings Roy,

There is nothing like a happy ending. I have enjoyed this story immensely. You have done a superb job for a lady who wasn't sure about writing a ghost story.

Here's a hint! Would you believe there just might be ghost in the next book, too? I haven't worked the whole story out yet, but then when do I ever know where it is going. You've got one more chapter on this one and then I posted the Prologue for the Write a Book in a Month. LOL Challenging!

This is surely a masterpiece and your most detailed book. I loved the way all of your many characters connected, with each having a specific purpose in the story. Now, with an uncertain future, the unwilling heir must step up to undertake an almost impossible task. Fortunately, she has Michael by her side. I enjoyed the tender moment they shared. This has been a phenomenal project.

Very fine chapter. The enormity and variety of the treasures crosses centuries. It will be a huge job to figure out what is to go where and to whom. Good to see the unfolding relationship between Michael and Sandra -she has a lot of thinking to do. A lovely encounter between Esther and Madeline ... Whew. Well done!

Isn't Noah going to be redeemed. I'm wondering why these three left first. I'm glad Sandra and Michael found each other. This book is coming to a wonderful conclusion. It has been fun to read. It definitely is unique.

Sorry if it wasn't clear, but all the ghosts received redemption and left. I just didn't think it was necessary to say goodbye to ones we hadn't actual talked with in the story. Noah was murdered and wasn't there for redemption. He just hadn't left the house after he died and now he chose to stay with James and Lorrie who have been there for a very long time, working so to speak. Thanks...

Hmmmm. How intriguing this is! Such a mixture of "treasure" -- from guns to fine art, from money to antique artifacts and jewels. There is so much that winds its way through the lives of each person there, be they mortal or spirit.
I'm delighted you've opened the door to the growing relationship between Sandra and Michael...
There are important lessons for each of them - and I suspect "redemption" will have a different meaning for each of them...
The final sands are working through the hourglass and I'm learning so much.
Will there be one more chapter? Two?
This is wrapping up even better than I'd hoped!

The finale is tomorrow.... and the prologue to another novel. LOL
I think I'm hooked and ghosts and crazy at the same time. Can't wait to see what you think tomorrow.
Love ya, Carol
